- Electrical Line Inspection and Grooming: Inspecting, cleaning, grooming, and performing Megger (insulation resistance) testing on the electrical line running approximately 550 feet from the FRC Floating Pier Isolation Transfer to the shore tie terminals.
- Deliverables: A written inspection report, documentation of Megger test results, and photographic evidence of before and after conditions for all work performed.
