Special Requirements include:

  • Personnel: Qualified personnel for roles such as Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Management Consultant, with specific educational and experience requirements. Key Personnel are designated.
  • Security: Prime Contractor must hold a TOP SECRET Facility Clearance (FCL). Designated employees require SECRET or TOP SECRET Personnel Clearance (PCL) with SCI eligibility. TS//SCI access is required for work in the USCG SCIF.
  • Deliverables: Include project plans, monthly progress reports, OPSEC plans, security training plans, and various analyses.
  • Compliance: Adherence to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
