Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract with a base period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and two one-year option periods, for a total potential duration of up to three years. The NAICS code is 561710 (Pest Control Services) with a size standard of $19.5 Million. Award is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer by June 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Submissions should include the company's UEI and Tax ID number, along with a price breakdown for labor and materials. The government will award on an all-or-none basis to the responsible offeror whose proposal is the Lowest Price and most advantageous. Evaluation will consider the lowest-priced offeror's technical volume for understanding and adherence to SOW requirements (rated "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable"), and price for fairness and reasonableness. The Total Evaluated Price (TEP) will combine base and option periods. Unreasonable offers may be rejected.

Contract employees applying pesticides must possess a state pesticide application certificate/license, which must remain current. Pesticide mixing and storage must occur off-installation.
