The vendor must provide all necessary heavy equipment, including cranes, for assembly and dismantling. Personnel must be U.S. citizens and comply with OSHA regulations and Government escort rules. A site visit is not offered or required.

Submission & Evaluation

Quotes must include a cost breakdown, unit price, extended price, payment terms, and any prompt payment discounts. Offerors must provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Federal Tax Identification Number, and CAGE Code, and be actively registered in SAM. Award will be made based on best value, with price as the primary factor, considering completeness, conformance to timelines/deliverables, and technical acceptability.
Additional Notes
The Service Contract Act applies, and Wage Determination #2015-5689 is included. Travel costs will not be reimbursed separately. Electronic submission of payment requests will be via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Applicable FAR provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference.
