Statement of Work (SOW)

• Wall Preparation and Painting: Spot prime drywall with heavy damage/marks. Apply one finish coat of Sherwin-Williams or PPG Paints Interior Eggshell Latex Paint (customer-approved color). Substitutes of equal quality require Contracting Officer approval.

• Doors, Frames, and Columns: Apply one finish coat of Sherwin-Williams or PPG Paints semi-gloss paint. Substitutes require Contracting Officer approval.

• Surface Repairs: Repair all open cracks and holes before painting.

• Cove Base Removal: Remove existing vinyl cove base as needed and directed.

• Option 1: Apply a second coat of finish paint to walls, door frames, metal window frames, and concrete columns.

• Option 2: Stencil new markings on structural columns.

• Option 3: Install vinyl wall coverings (not to exceed 48 inches in height). Coverings provided by Customer; labor cost only.
