Scope of Work

- Doors, Frames, and Columns: Applying one finish coat of semi-gloss paint.
- Surface Repairs: Repairing cracks and holes before painting.
- Cove Base Removal: Removing existing vinyl cove base as directed.
- Optional Work (Contracting Officer authorized):
- Applying a second coat of finish paint to walls, door frames, metal window frames, and concrete columns.
- Stenciling new markings on structural columns.
