• Installation: Install a new roofing system including a continuous ridge vent, self-adhered underlayment, architectural shingles (color to match existing, meeting specific fire and wind resistance standards), new base flashings, counter flashings, perimeter edge flashing, eave flashing, and roof penetration flashing.
