Statement of Work (SOW)

To address existing termite concerns and prevent further structural damage at USCG Station Ponce de Leon, ensuring habitability and structural integrity of facilities.

• Perform targeted "drill and treat" and "spot" treatments for drywood termites in foam wall voids, door and window frames, exposed wood in attics, band sills, accessible subfloor crawl spaces, and soffits in ALL BUILDINGS.

• Perform tenting and fumigation for Administration and Aids to Navigation buildings identified with termite activity. Approximately 12,186 square feet require full fumigation.

• All work must comply with industry best practices, applicable industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

• A limited 5-year warranty for drywood termite retreatment service is required.

• Buildings must be aerated and checked with gas-detecting equipment until safe for re-occupancy after fumigation.

• Period of Performance: Within 45 calendar days from the date of contract award.

• Place of Performance: United States Coast Guard Station Ponce De Leon, 2999 N. Peninsula Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169.

• Hours of Operation: Normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1700 EST, excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise authorized.

• Contractor personnel must be fully qualified, licensed, and experienced in termite control and fumigation.

• Contractor must ensure the site is safe and properly prepared for all treatment and fumigation activities.

• Contractor must follow all safety protocols for the storage, handling, and application of termiticides and fumigants.

• Contractor shall supply all materials, tools, labor, and equipment.

• 110/120V power for tools.

• Water access as needed.

• The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will review completed work for acceptance.

• Contractor will be notified by email regarding acceptance or required corrections.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for pest treatment and fumigation services for multiple buildings at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Ponce De Leon. The services are required to address existing concerns and prevent further structural damage.

• Termite treatment and fumigation services.

• Services are to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

• The contract type is Firm Fixed Price.

• The period of performance includes a base period and potentially three option periods.

• The total duration of the contract, including options, shall not exceed 5 years.
