Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for providing non-personnel services for elevator inspection and maintenance services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) at Station Port O’Connor, TX.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) for elevators. This includes routine preventative maintenance, routine service calls (corrective maintenance), and periodic elevator certification inspection and testing.

• Preventative Maintenance: Must be performed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and accepted industry standards. Work must be completed within 14 calendar days from the scheduled date or 14 days after material receipt. Monthly reports are required.

• Routine Service Calls: Response time for initial troubleshooting is within 24 hours of notification. Repairs are limited to $5,000.00 or 20 labor hours per twelve-month period without a modification. Repairs must be completed within 7 calendar days (or 7 days after material receipt if applicable).

• Quality Control: A Contractor Quality Control Plan (QCP) is required, detailing inspection and monitoring actions to ensure contract requirements are met.
