USCGC ALDER CLEAN AND INSPECTION OF R-102 GALLEY FIRE SS

Scope of Work

• Grease Filter Service: Removal, cleaning, and reinstallation of filters. Reporting of damaged filters for replacement.
• Ductwork Cleaning: Cleaning of all accessible horizontal and vertical ductwork to remove grease buildup.
• Condensate Drain Clearing: Clearing obstructions and cleaning all condensate drains and collection points.
• System Inspection & Service: Provision of a qualified Technical Representative familiar with the R-102 system to advise on proprietary information, assist with repair methods, and ensure compliance with manufacturer's procedures during disassembly, inspection, repair, modification, calibration, and reassembly.
• Overall Tasks: Cleaning, inspection, servicing, repair, and certification of the system.

Special Requirements

• Technical Representative: Must be qualified and familiar with the R-102 Galley Fire Suppression System.

• Security: Base access is required. Vendors must have a valid driver's license and identification. A Coast Guard representative will sponsor and escort the vendor to the cutter.
