• CR Process Flow: A detailed step-by-step process for CRs is outlined, starting with a Condition Found Report (CFR) and ending with a contract modification.
• CR Quote Submission: Contractors must submit the number of direct production labor hours, a list of direct materials/subcontracted services/consumables with prices, and any proposed changes to the Schedule of Work with CR quotes.
• Payment for CRs: Payment for CR hours is contingent upon a written contract modification.
• Schedule of Work: Contractors must provide several documents within three working days of vessel arrival, including Production Schedule, Work Package Network, Total Manpower Loading Curve, Trade Manning Curves, and Subcontracting List.
