Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation (Request for Quotation - RFQ) for dockside repairs to the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter USCGC BRISTOL BAY (WTGB-102). The requirement is being solicited as a total small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 336611 – Ship Repair, with a small business size standard of 1,300 employees.

• Provide all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel for dockside repairs to the USCGC BRISTOL BAY.

• Repairs are to be performed in accordance with the attached specification (Attachment 2).

• Schedule of Supplies/Services is detailed in Attachment 1.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract (IDR), subject to availability of funds.

• Contract Period of Performance: Approximately June 2, 2026 – July 13, 2026 (42 Days).

• Task Orders (TOs) will be issued in accordance with FAR Clause 52.216-18 Ordering.

• Questions Due: April 20, 2026, by 11:00 PM PST.

• Quotation Due Date: May 1, 2026, by 11:00 PM PST.

• Quotes must be valid for 120 days.

• Anticipated Award Date: On or by May 14, 2026.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance are significantly more important than Price.

• Total small business set aside.

• Place of Performance: Cutter's Homeport, 110 Mt. Elliott St. Detroit, MI 48207.

• The solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
