Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to support the USCGC CALHOUN (WMSL 759) Change of Command Ceremony.

• Setup and installation of a 40’ x 60’ ceremony tent on the CALHOUN flight deck.

• Provision of 200 folding chairs, 2 podiums with microphone capability, 4 speakers, and 4 large drum blower fans.

• Setup of a 4’ x 8’ table for audio equipment.

• Tent, table, and chairs setup to occur on Monday, June 22, 2026, between 7 am and 8 pm.

• Podiums, audio equipment, speakers, and fans to be set up by 8 am on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

• Contractor must provide water bags/weights/drums to secure the tent and padding to protect the flight deck at all contact points.

• Breakdown and cleanup of the tent and furniture to occur between 2 pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, and 4 pm on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

• All trash and debris must be removed, leaving the site clean.

• Written notification to the Contracting Officer is required for any activity that could cause fire/explosion, reduce fire-fighting capability, introduce hazardous materials, or block egress/emergency routes.
