Scope of Work
The requirement is for a certified Woodward technician to address a critical failure in the USCGC HAMILTON's Main Gas Turbine operation, specifically a RAM failure fault code in the Woodward panel. The scope includes:
- Providing one (1) Field Service Engineer for a single visit (two 10-hour travel days, two 10-hour work days).
- Inspection and troubleshooting of the existing MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1035).
- Supplying two (2) new MICRONET CPU units (PN 5466-1245) to the place of performance. Note: These CPUs have a stated 6-week lead time from the OEM.
- Performing an upgrade to the new MICRONET CPU (PN 5466-1245), including uploading compatible GAP software.
- Providing all necessary technical and proprietary data for troubleshooting and repair.
- Submitting a field report within five (5) working days of the visit.
