- Inspections and potential renewals of components such as main bearings, big end bearings, camshaft bearings, crankshafts, fuel delivery valves, fuel injectors, and pre-lube pumps.
- Providing manufacturer's proprietary information, software, and tools.
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer's procedures during disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly.
- Supplying all necessary parts not provided as Government-Furnished Property (GFP), including gaskets.

Period & Place of Performance
The period of performance is from February 16, 2026, to May 25, 2026. Work will be conducted at the Vigor Marine Drydock, 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland, OR 97217. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 0700-1600, though work outside these hours may be required.
