This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for dockside repairs to the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter USCGC KUKUI (WLB 203) for its FY26 Dockside Availability. The requirement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside under FAR Part 12, using NAICS Code 336611 (Ship Repair) with a size standard of 1,300 employees.

• Perform dockside repairs to the USCGC KUKUI (WLB 203).

• Provide all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel.

• Repairs must be in accordance with the attached specifications.

• The place of performance shall be the Contractor's Facility.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract (IDR).

• Contract Period of Performance: Approximately March 31, 2026, to June 09, 2026.

• Questions Due: January 21, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST.

• Quotation Due Date: February 10, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST.

• Quotes must be valid for 120 days.

• Anticipated Award Date: On or by February 23, 2026.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance are significantly more important than Price.

• Total small business set-aside.

• While solicited for District 17 (Alaska), offers may be considered from vendors outside of District 17.

• The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
