This Statement of Work details the requirements for the renewal of degraded piping and compartment insulation aboard the USCGC RESOLUTE.

• Security: All contractor personnel must possess a valid REAL ID compliant driver’s license or acceptable alternative for base access. Failure to comply may result in delays.

• Government Furnished Items: Potable Water and Single-Phase Electricity (120 Volt).

• Contractor Furnished Items: All other necessary items and services.

A site visit is highly encouraged to understand project requirements. Schedule with the Unit POC prior to May 1, 2026.

• Renew piping insulation for systems indicated, specifically Potable Water (chill water) with a temperature range of 35-90°F.

• Conduct an operational test, post repairs, in the presence of the Coast Guard Inspector.

• Demonstrate that all disturbed, used, repaired, altered, or installed items/devices are in satisfactory operating condition.

• Submit a CFR (Contractor Furnished Report) upon completion.

• Work to be performed aboard US Coast Guard Cutter DILIGENCE.

• Contractor must furnish and install all protective measures per SFLC Std Spec 0000, paragraph 3.3.3.
