- Determinate Qualifications: Respondents must demonstrate experience operating and maintaining large Offshore Supply Vessels (over 10,000 Gross Tons) with specific capabilities, including Dynamic Positioning (DP2), International Association of Classification Societies Polar Class 3, and specific Operational Technology (SER Schiffselektronik Rostock GmbH), Controllable Pitch Propulsion (Schottel GmbH), and Integrated Bridge Systems (International Marine Systems/Furuno).
- Required Services: Provision of 10 mariners with current STCW certifications (Master, Chief Mate, OICNW, Able Seafarer-Deck, Chief Engineer, First Assistant Engineer, OICEW, and QMED/Able Seafarer Engine classifications). Additionally, 24/7 online/phone technical support is required for various ship systems, including Medium Voltage Switchgear, Machinery Plant Control and Monitoring System (MPCMS), Thrusters, Dynamic Positioning System, Towing Winch, and Integrated Bridge Systems. Comprehensive program management services and associated travel are also required.
