  • Installation of bridge equipment emergency power systems. Adherence to SFLC Standard Specifications and Coast Guard Drawings, environmental protection, and hazardous material handling are required.

Offers must be prepared in accordance with the solicitation instructions and consist of three parts:

  3. Part III: Past Performance Information (using Attachment 3 - Past Performance Information Form)

Quotes must be submitted via email. Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price, with Technical Capability and Past Performance being significantly more important than Price. A best value trade-off source selection procedure will be used.
