Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• Best value trade-off source selection procedures will be used.

• This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business.

• Offerors must be certified as a US or Canadian contractor by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access certain limited access/export controlled documents.

• Request for Drawings: Last day to request is March 17, 2026.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
