Scope of Work
This solicitation covers comprehensive drydock repairs and maintenance for both the USCGC WYACONDA and the USCG 130 BARGE. The extensive work includes hull plating inspections and preservation, cleaning and preservation of various tanks (fuel, potable water, ballast, sewage), overhaul and renewal of propulsion shaft seals and bearings, and inspection and maintenance of appendages, rudders, spuds, and sea chests. Additional tasks involve cleaning and hydrostatic testing of keel coolers, maintenance of fathometer transducers, overhaul of fuel valves, preservation of stern tube interiors, inspection and repair of propellers, drydocking/undocking procedures, preservation of exterior decks with non-skid, renewal of cathodic protection anodes, and inspection/service of boat booms and cranes. Temporary services and sea trial support are also required, adhering to SFLC Standard Specifications and environmental protection requirements.

Submission & Evaluation

The evaluation will utilize best value trade-off source selection procedures, with Technical Capability and Past Performance being significantly more important than Price.
Key Requirements & Eligibility
Offerors must provide a current certification for the facility to be used for repairs and pre-award dry-dock calculations. Specific certifications for welding line items may be required. Eligibility includes being a 100% Small Business. Offerors must be certified as a US or Canadian contractor by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access certain limited access/export controlled documents.
