Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, representing the best value to the Government. Offerors must demonstrate a sound and compliant technical approach, meeting requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (Attachment 1), and provide pricing for all individual line items (Base Year and Option Years).
