Statement of Need

• Upon written request, copies of approved technical papers, miscellaneous data, and software products.
• Information on graduate degree candidates.
• The opportunity to participate in GTAP Courses.
• Visits to GTAP research facilities for discussions with faculty and students.
• Other activities developed to enhance technical exchange between the Consortium and its members.

One year, from February 20, 2026, to February 19, 2027.

This solicitation is for the renewal of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Economic Research Service (ERS) Global Trade Analysis Consortium Project (GTAP) membership. • Delivery of credentials and software service access electronically.

• Anticipated award type: Firm-fixed-price requirements contract.

• Period of performance: One year.

• Total contract duration shall not exceed one year.

• Quotes will be evaluated based on Evaluated Price and Adherence to the Statement of Work.
