Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide quarterly pumping and maintenance services for two lift stations and one grease trap located at the Flatwoods JCC. Key tasks include:
- Removal of debris from lift stations and hardened grease from the grease trap.
- Pumping and cleaning of the lift station behind the Education building.
- Pumping and cleaning of the main lift station behind the Welding shop.
- Pumping of the inground grease trap next to the Dining Hall.
- Auger maintenance for the service line from the Dining Hall to the sewage pit. All work must be performed during normal business hours and coordinated with JCC staff. Contractor personnel must hold required certifications for sewage pumping and hauling.
