Scope of Work
The Forest Service seeks to fulfill repetitive forecasted and unforeseen all-hazard incident needs, including wildland fire and hazardous fuel reduction projects. Resources sought include, but are not limited to:
- Food Services (line provision lunches, mobile caterers & restaurants)
- Hydration (water & sport drink)
- Misc. Heavy Equipment Rentals (with and without operators)
- Medical Services (ambulances, etc.)
- Repair Services (chainsaw repair, auto mechanic, tire repair)
- Sanitation (portable toilets, hand wash and laundry units)
- Satellite Communication
- Logging Equipment (operated) – Road graders, feller bunchers, mulcher/masticators
- Traffic Control Services
- Mobile Office Trailer Rental/Yurts
- Power generation & light towers
- Waste Management (dumpsters, recycling, hazmat)

Response Requirements
Interested small businesses should complete an online form and provide the following information to be added to a Vendor Source List:
- Company Name/Division, mailing address, e-mail address, & telephone
- Single point-of-contact name, title, telephone, and email address
- Applicable NAICS codes under which the company customarily does business
- Business size for NAICS Codes, such as socio-economic status
- Standing Rates (preferably daily vs. hourly)
Companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
