- Parking: 3 reserved government vehicle spaces (+ 2 for trailers), 11 reserved visitor/customer spaces, and 11 non-reserved employee spaces (on-site or within 300 feet). Pull-through parking for customer trucks with trailers is essential, with drives and access roads accommodating such vehicles.
- Zoning: Must be zoned for office use providing government services to the public.
- Exclusions: Sub-leases will not be accepted. The offered space must not be in the 1-percent-annual chance flood plain.
