Scope of Work
The RFI outlines a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing support needed in key areas:
- Budget Execution: Apportionment preparation, funds allotment, obligation/disbursement, funds control, spend plan development, funds reallocation, regulatory monitoring, audit readiness, and FTE/payroll forecasting.
