- Parking: 2 reserved spaces for Government vehicles, 15 reserved spaces for visitors, and 9 non-reserved spaces for employees. Additionally, approximately 800 SF of exterior parking is needed for storing no-till drills and accommodating farm equipment, requiring pull-through parking.
- Lease Type: Fully serviced lease, including operating costs and janitorial services.
