Scope of Sale

Logistics & Buyer Requirements

The successful bidder (Buyer) is responsible for providing DOT-approved trucks with spill control devices and complying with all relevant DOT, safety, fire, environmental, and OSHA regulations. The Buyer must use their own personnel and equipment for loading and is solely responsible for securing the load and any spillage cleanup. Pickups are scheduled upon receipt of deposit, occurring Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays) between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm. Transport vehicles must be weighed at the Base scales (Building 1151 Bauer St) before leaving MCAS Beaufort, and original weight tickets must be provided.
