This includes installing four ground-mounted LED floodlight fixtures (40-60W, 4000-6000 lumens, 3000-4000K, narrow beam) on concrete pads, providing and installing underground raceways, conductors, boxes, and hardware to connect to the existing dusk-to-dawn lighting control system. The work involves approximately 70 linear feet of trenching, restoration of disturbed surfaces, circuit testing, and nighttime aiming adjustments. All work must comply with the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and applicable federal, state, and local codes. Luminaires must be UL or ETL listed for wet locations and carry a minimum 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
