Scope of Work
The USGS Michigan Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit requires one (1) water quality sonde (equal to or better than YSI EXO3) and one (1) multiparameter water quality meter (equal to or better than YSI ProDSS). These instruments are for monitoring water quality in fishery habitat studies and fish community sampling in inland lakes, streams, and rivers.
Key Requirements:
- Water Quality Sonde (QTY: 1): Must meet or exceed YSI EXO3 specifications, including sensors for conductivity, temperature, pH/ORP, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity. Features must include automated wipers, corrosion-resistant wet-mateable connectors, smart sensors, 90-day autonomous data recording, and a waterproof handheld display.
- Multiparameter Water Quality Meter (QTY: 1): Must meet or exceed YSI ProDSS specifications, including sensors for conductivity, temperature, pH/ORP, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity. Features must include a single cable up to 100 meters, 4-port sensor capability, handheld memory for over 100,000 data points, and KorDSS software with Bluetooth/USB connectivity.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted in PDF format via email to miranda_blankenship@ios.doi.gov. Faxed or mailed quotations will not be accepted. Quotes are valid for 45 days.

- SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability will be based on:
- Technical ability to meet Statement of Need/Specifications.
- Experience with the task outlined in the Statement of Work/Specifications.
- Past performance (recent experience and references within the past two years).
