  • Billeting: Block and make available a minimum of fifty (50) standard guest rooms (single/double occupancy) in the same hotel building or wing, not exceeding the U.S. per diem lodging rate. Rooms must have in-room sanitary facilities, utilities, and operable locks.
  • Conference Package: A non-severable package for 50 attendees, including buffet lunch and refreshments (coffee, tea, water, light snacks) from April 27-29, 2026.
  • Incidental Services: Daily room cleaning, onsite self-service laundry or hotel laundry services, ice and beverage vending machines, and two parking spaces for conference support vehicles.

Eligibility & Set-Aside

The facility must be professional, clean, well-lit, safe, secure, and offer parking and a fitness center, with no major construction during the POP. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
