- Technical Support (Helpdesk): Providing customer support during core hours (0730-1700 Local, Mon-Fri), including initial triage, remote and in-person troubleshooting, account management, and end-user device support for an estimated 2,400 annual tickets.
- Audiovisual & Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) Support: User-level configuration, preventative maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and inventorying of AV/VTC equipment across various campus locations.

Key Requirements & Industry Day
