• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest price and technically acceptable (LPTA). Technical Approach and Past Performance will be rated as Acceptable or Unacceptable. Price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.

• All responsible small business sources may submit a response.

• A tentative Site Visit is scheduled for 04/15/2026 at 10 AM EST.
