Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Patching and repairing pool surfaces.

- Painting the pool surface (approx. 5000 sq ft) with Insl-X, Waterborne Semi-Gloss Swimming Pool Paint, WR-1023, Ocean Blue, or equivalent.
- Painting lane lines (approx. 500 sq ft) with Insl-X, Waterborne Semi-Gloss, Swimming Pool Paint, WR-1020, Black, or equivalent. All work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and include a one-year warranty on materials, labor, and equipment. The contractor must provide all necessary resources and ensure work area safety and cleanliness.
