Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a two-volume quote:
- Volume 1: Quote on company letterhead, including company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info, and CAGE Code.
- Volume 2: Signed SF-1449 form with pricing filled in for all CLINs and Clause USMS-0004 completed. The Government seeks additional discounts. Evaluation Basis: Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Proposals will be deemed non-responsive if directions in Section 1 - SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES are not followed. Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov with an active Federal Government contracts registration and provide UEI, TIN, and CAGE code.
