Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit two volumes to be considered responsive:
- Volume 1: Quote on company letterhead, including company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact information, and CAGE Code.
- Volume 2: Signed SF-1449 form with pricing filled in on CLINS and Clause USMS-0004 completed.
All prospective offerors must possess a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal.
