• Delivery Date: June 03, 2026.

• Offer Due Date: 05/26/2026, 12:00 CT.

• Offerors must submit signed and dated offers.

• Offers must include solicitation number, offeror's name/address/phone, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and EFT indicator.

• Offerors must agree to hold prices firm for 60 calendar days.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offers will be evaluated first for lowest price/technical acceptability. If found technically acceptable, award will be made without further consideration. If found technically unacceptable, the next lowest offer will be evaluated.

• Technical substitutions are NOT allowed. If submitting "other than" brand name, technical specifications must be provided.

• Quotes should be on company letterhead and include Cage Code. Offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and registered with SAM.

• The SF-1449 must be returned signed and with pricing.

• The acquisition is set aside 100.00% for Small Business.

• Offerors must have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• The USMS Seal is a controlled item. Vendors must be authorized to access it.

• No individual or business may use the USMS name, badge, seal, or insignia without permission.

• Packaging instructions require items to be bundled/packaged into kits per Deputy Name and then into one box per Deputy Name, marked accordingly.
