Submission & Evaluation

- Volume 2: Signed SF-1449 with pricing filled in on CLINS and Clause USMS-0004 completed.
Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical substitutions are not allowed. If proposing "other than" brand names, technical specifications must be submitted for evaluation. Offers must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days. The Government seeks additional discounts.
