Submission Requirements
This is not a request for quote or proposal. The Government seeks industry feedback and capability statements. Respondents should submit:
- A one-page cover letter with company details (UEI, CAGE, GSA Schedule, POC, NAICS, business size).
- A response (not exceeding four pages) detailing how the company meets the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, including any recommended PWS enhancements.
- A one-page document outlining relevant past performance.
- A resume for the proposed Medical Director Key Personnel, who must meet stringent qualifications including:
- Valid state medical license and DEA license.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
- Minimum 20 years of medical director experience in federal law enforcement tactical medicine.
- Experience in EMS training, QA processes, peer-reviewed publications, and national leadership in tactical medical organizations.
