The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to create a custom legacy mural display for the NORAD & USNORTHCOM (N&NC) Washington Operations Center (WOC). The display must match the artistic quality and style of existing displays in the Combatant Command legacy corridor.

- Design: Collaborate with U.S. Northern Command's Public Affairs (PA) and Historian teams, conduct site visits, develop electronic mock-ups, and obtain final design approval within 60 days of award.
