This solicitation is for the procurement of fire pump parts for the USNS ALAN SHEPARD. The acquisition is being conducted as an unrestricted small business set-aside.

• Item 0004: HTFW PUMP (BUFFALO 5VHSM-2) P/N NA2004 (3 units)

• All items require firm fixed price arrangement.

• DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, is applicable. Contractors must provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

• Packaging and marking must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, MIL-STD-2073-1(series) or ASTM D3951(series), and ISPM Publication No. 15 for wood packaging.

• Markings must include "MARK FOR: USNS ALAN SHEPARD (T AKE 3)", Requisition Number: N3220526Q0035, and Purchase/Delivery Order Number: TBD.

• Shipments for multiple vessels must be delivered in separate boxes/crates/containers.

• Navy Installation Access and Ship Access are required for pre-award ship visits and contract performance. Offerors must complete SECNAV 5512/1 for background vetting and provide a list of visiting personnel on company letterhead (no PII).

• Quotes must be emailed to the contracting officer and contract specialist identified in block 9 of the SF1449.

• Quotes must be in Adobe or Microsoft Office format.

• Evaluation will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter.

• Technical: Quoted parts must meet solicitation requirements, including required parts, delivery dates, and terms and conditions. The quote must state that all aspects of the technical requirement, including required delivery date and part numbers, can be met.

• Price: Quoted pricing will be evaluated for reasonableness.

• Offers submitted are subject to the vendor's standard commercial terms and conditions; any quote with such terms may be considered a material defect and rejected.

• A 10 percent price evaluation preference will be applied to offers from HUBZone small business concerns that have not waived the preference.

• This acquisition is unrestricted.
