This solicitation is for Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE) Safety Recertification Services in support of the USNS CHARLES DREW (T-AKE 10). The services are to be performed at the Contractor's facility in Guam (C7F AOR).

• Perform visual inspection, testing, and recertification of specified OHE items.

• Provide a Condition Found Report (CFR) detailing discrepancies, items requiring repair, and items beyond economic repair (BER) or requiring disposal.

• Perform necessary repairs to OHE to meet certification standards.

• Provide hard copy and electronic certificates for all OHE that passes required testing.

• Package certified OHE for international shipment.

• Dispose of OHE materials deemed BER or unserviceable in accordance with local procedures.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE) Safety Recertification services in support of the USNS CESAR CHAVEZ (T-AKE 14).

• Perform OHE safety recertification services at the Contractor's facility.

• Provide labor, tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles.

• Perform visual inspection of received OHE, identifying types, quantity, and condition.

• Separate failed items and document discrepancies, required repairs, or items beyond economic repair (BER) / requiring disposal.

• Perform necessary repairs, testing, marking, preservation, certification, and disposal of OHE upon approval.

• Notify the OHE Type Desk of the testing schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• Provide a Condition Found Report (CFR) detailing OHE status.

• Mark and provide certificates for OHE that passes testing.

• Segregate and dispose of OHE recommended for disposal in accordance with local procedures.

• Package and crate certified OHE for international shipment if required.
