  • Planning, document preparation, engineering, procurement, prefabrication, and shipyard production work for alterations, repairs, and routine maintenance.
  • General services, hull and structural repairs, propulsion machinery overhaul, electrical system maintenance, communication and navigation system upkeep, auxiliary machinery repairs, habitability outfitting, HVAC work, and drydocking.
  • Implementation of progress measurement systems, management procedures, performance milestone schedules, and critical path charts.
  • Application of quality control procedures for materials and work, with stringent configuration control.
  • Specific attention to Critical Safety Items (CSIs) identified in Section B.

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with Time and Materials (T&M) CLINs (0003 & 0004) for growth work.
    • CLIN 0003 (Growth Labor Hours) is 22,352 hours.
