• FOB: Destination for all items.

• Offerors must submit quotes electronically via Adobe or Microsoft Office format to the contracting officer and contract specialist listed in block 9.

• Quotes must not include vendor's standard commercial terms and conditions, as these may be considered a material defect and lead to rejection.

• Evaluation will be based on Technical (meeting solicitation requirements, including delivery dates and part numbers) and Price (reasonableness).

• The government may negotiate with quoters.

• This acquisition is unrestricted.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 by reference, along with various DFARS clauses.
