This solicitation is for the procurement of Rotary Pumps for the USNS ROBERT E. PEARY (T-AKE 5). The government is seeking to acquire specific replacement pumps.

• Two specific types of bare shaft replacement pumps are required:

  • L3MG BARE SHAFT REPLACEMENT PUMP, WITHOUT MOTOR, WITHOUT ACCESSORIES (Manufacturer's Part Number: L3MG 60/120 ASOGIA-G)
  • L2NG BARE SHAFT REPLACEMENT PUMP, WITHOUT MOTOR, WITHOUT ACCESSORIES (Manufacturer's Part Number: L2NG 116/180 ASOGIA-G)

• The requirements in DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, are applicable, requiring DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

• Packaging and marking must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, DOD SUPPLY CHAIN MATERIEL MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES, and MIL-STD-2073-1(series) or commercial packaging per ASTM D3951(series). Crating must comply with ISPM Publication No. 15.

• Markings on boxes/crates/containers must include "MARK FOR: USNS ROBERT E. PEARY (T-AKE 5)", "REQUISITION NUMBER: TBD", and "PURCHASE/DELIVERY ORDER NUMBER: TBD".

• Shipments for multiple vessels must be delivered in separate boxes/crates/containers for each vessel.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price for both items.

• Delivery Date: On or Before 27 Apr 2026 for both line items.

• FOB Details: Contractor Destination.

• Offer Due Date/Local Time: 02 Mar 2026, 10:00 AM.

• Quotes must be emailed to the contracting officer and contract specialist identified in block 9 of the SF1449.

• Quotes must be in Adobe or Microsoft Office format.

• Evaluation Factors: Lowest priced technically acceptable quoter will be considered.

  • TECHNICAL: Quoted parts must meet solicitation requirements, including required parts, delivery dates, and terms and conditions. The quote must state that all aspects of the technical requirement can be met.
  • PRICE: Quoted pricing will be evaluated for reasonableness.

• The solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-4. DFARS clauses are also incorporated.

• The acquisition is marked as UNRESTRICTED.

• Inspection and Acceptance Location: Both Destination, IAW FAR 52.212-4(a).

• Payment will be made via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) per DFARS 252.232-7006.

• Offerors are cautioned that quotes containing vendor's standard commercial terms and conditions may be considered a material defect and rejected.
