Pricing must be firm-fixed-price and include Section 232 tariffs, wood packaging, DOD unique identification, and shipping, without separate line items. Delivery is FOB Destination by March 13, 2026, to N32205 MSC W143 Warehouse 1968 Gilbert Street DWY 10 Norfolk, VA 23511. Packaging must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, MIL-STD 2073-1(series) or ASTM D3951(series), and ISPM Publication No. 15, with markings per MIL-STD 129R(series) including the vessel name (USNS WASHINGTON CHAMBERS (T-AKE 11)). The contractor must also initiate duty-free entry entitlement requests via the PIEE DFE module.
