Scope of Work

Contract Details
The government anticipates making multiple awards based on pricing per line item. Awards will result in Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Orders or Government Purchase Card transactions for micro purchases. Delivery dates are scheduled between July 1, 2026, and July 30, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Delivery will be Freight on Board (FOB).
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to cficken@bop.gov and jkozuch@bop.gov. Fax, hand-delivered, or mail-in quotes will not be accepted. The proposal submission deadline is May 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Quotes must remain valid for 30 calendar days after the solicitation close date. Evaluation will be based on Price and Past Performance (Go/No-Go), with Past Performance criteria including Timeliness of Deliveries and Order Accuracy and Completeness.
