Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure the supply and installation of new closed cell foam insulation for approximately twelve thousand (12,000) square feet of walls and ceilings within the institutional warehouses at the United States Penitentiary (USP) Canaan, Waymart, Pennsylvania. All existing interior insulation has been removed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP).
