Minimum Requirements
Offerors must demonstrate an Experience Profile with two comparable projects (as defined in Attachment 22). Required submissions include a signed Offer and Award (Page 1), Schedule of Values, and if applicable, Schedule of Unit Prices and Alternates. Affirmation of Contract Terms & Conditions, including specific provisions (F-202, 4-3, F-401), and VETS-4212 Documentation (proof of registration) are mandatory. Contractors must also have the ability to obtain 100% performance and payment bonds within seven calendar days of receiving a Notice of Intent to Award.
