Scope of Work

- Ensuring settlement agreements are written, clear, concise, contain consideration, and comply with Postal Service policies.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Ordering Agreement (OAG) for independent contractors.
- Compensation: Paid on a per-case basis, with a specified fee of $800 per mediation (effective October 1, 2025). No price proposals are required.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
