Contractors must also submit an Integrated Production Schedule and comply with various regulations including crane safety, facility access, and occupational health standards. A Growth CLIN (CLIN 0002) is included for anticipated additional work.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit their detailed pricing proposals using Attachment II Price Proposal Form, which requires a breakdown of labor, material, and other direct costs in JPY. Award will be made to the responsible, technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated price. Technical acceptability will be rated as "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable".
