Markings on containers must include specific vessel information and requisition/purchase order numbers (TBD).

• Contract Type: Anticipated one firm-fixed-price purchase order.

• Delivery: FOB Destination, required by October 19, 2026, at N40443 MSC SSU BATS SAN DIEGO, 9284 BALBOA AVE. San Diego, CA 92123.

• Delivery Notification: 48-hour advance notification to MSCPAC_BATS@us.navy.mil is required for deliveries to San Diego or Port Hueneme.

• Duty-Free Entry: Contractors must initiate entitlement requests via the PIEE Duty Free Entry module.
